Terms & Conditions - NAM RENTALS Equipment Rental

1. Rental Period

• Minimum rental period is 24 hours (1 day)
• Rental period begins upon delivery or pickup
• Early returns do not qualify for partial day refunds
• Late returns will incur additional daily charges

2. Pricing & Payments

• All rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees
• Accepted payments: major credit cards, ACH, or approved account billing

3. Equipment Operation

• Only qualified, trained personnel may operate equipment
• Operator must be 18 years or older with valid certification (where required)
• Equipment must be used as intended and within specified capacity limits
• Operation must comply with all safety regulations

4. Delivery & Pickup

• Customer responsible for providing clear access to drop-off/pickup location
• 24-hour notice required for pickup scheduling

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Secure storage of equipment when not in use
• Report any mechanical issues immediately

6. Safety & Compliance

• All safety equipment must be used as provided
• Compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations required
• PPE must be worn as specified for equipment operation

7. Weather & Environmental

• Equipment must not be operated in unsafe weather conditions

8. Cancellation Policy

• 24-hour notice required for cancellation
• Cancellation fees may apply
• Weather-related cancellations subject to rescheduling

9. Service & Support

• 24/7 emergency maintenance support available
• Replacement equipment subject to availability

10. Termination

NAM RENTALS reserves the right to terminate rental for:
• Unsafe operation
• Payment default
• Terms violation
• Equipment abuse

11. Special Conditions

• Additional terms may apply for specialized equipment
• Custom rental periods subject to special agreements
